Scheduling and estimates.
Visits are scheduled by phone, and same-day appointments are offered when the schedule allows. An estimate given before an in-person inspection is preliminary, and the final scope and cost are confirmed once a technician has inspected the property and identified the actual entry points and extent of the problem.
Service area.
We serve Tomball, TX and the nearby towns listed on our areas page. Coverage is based on ZIP code, and we confirm coverage for any address before scheduling a visit.
What is included and excluded.
Our services cover rodent inspection, treatment, exclusion, cleanup and rodent-related repair as described on each service page. Electrical repair, structural repair beyond rodent-related patching, and full HVAC system work fall outside our scope, and we say so plainly when a finding needs a different specialist.
Cancellations and rescheduling.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a visit, call or message us as soon as you know, and we will find another time that works, since rodent problems and household schedules do not always line up neatly.

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect how our service actually operates. The current version is always the one posted on this page.
